A task that excites you:

• End-to-End Recruiting: Responsibility for the entire recruiting process for the Corporate Headquarter of E.ON SE and other German E.ON companies
• Process Management: Optimization of the recruiting process from job posting via external channels to active sourcing and coordination of external personnel consultancies
• Stakeholder Management: Support of managers in the entire staffing process through pre-selection, interview briefings, status updates, and participation in interviews
• Active Sourcing: Development of creative search and approach strategies and use of innovative active sourcing techniques to identify suitable candidates
• HR Projects: Participation in HR and recruiting projects and support with research, planning, and implementation of strategic initiatives
• Digitalization in Recruiting: Participation in the introduction of a new ATS and continuous further development and digitalization of recruiting processes
