As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various remote and onsite roles across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract fresh talent.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and act as the company's ambassador.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
