Responsibilities

• Clarification of requirements with specialist departments, including coordination of the requirement profile and remuneration
• Creation and publication of job advertisements and selection of suitable recruiting channels
• Applicant management, including pre-selection, interview organization, and use of aptitude diagnostics
• Support throughout the entire hiring process
• Organization and execution of onboarding
• Support with HR projects and employer branding activities

Qualifications

• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., industrial clerk) or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in recruiting is desirable
• Knowledge of labor law and co-determination-relevant processes (e.g., § 99 BetrVG) is an advantage
• Proficient in common office applications; ideally experience with ERP/HR systems
• Sense of responsibility, discretion, and enjoyment of collaboration and process improvements
• Structured, service-oriented way of working and confident communication
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
