Your Role

IT Recruiter in full-time sought – Become part of our IT Recruiting team!

At Experis, you can showcase your skills as an IT Recruiter at the Frankfurt location and make a real difference – in a team that sticks together and celebrates successes.

Your Responsibilities

• Strategic personnel planning & IT recruiting
• Development and implementation of targeted recruiting strategies, from active sourcing to hiring
• Applicant management & selection process
• Employer branding & onboarding
• Shaping our employer brand – online, at trade fairs, and in networks
• Analysis & further development
• Use of recruiting KPIs to optimize processes and methods
• Active further development of the recruiting approach for IT specialists and managers and sharing best practices within the team

Your Qualifications

• C1 German language skills are required, as communication with clients and candidates will largely take place in German.
