HR Recruiter

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our growing staffing agency team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in temporary, contract, and permanent positions across various client industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, internal databases, social media, referrals, and networking
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
• Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and overall job fit
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Meet recruitment targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Previous experience as a Recruiter within a staffing agency
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
• Proven experience filling temporary, contract, and permanent roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
