About

For our client, a modernly structured company with an international focus and a strong HR culture, we are looking for an experienced recruiting personality. In this role, you will take responsibility for recruiting in your areas and actively shape strategies, processes, and employer branding.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end responsibility for the recruiting process from vacancy to contract signing
• Active identification and approach of talents, especially via direct sourcing
• Building and maintaining sustainable talent pools for current and future needs
• Close collaboration with HR Business Partners and managers as a sparring partner
• Ensuring an efficient, professional recruiting process and a positive candidate experience
• Active participation in employer branding measures
• Participation in and leadership of HR projects related to recruiting systems, processes, and platforms
• Continuous optimization of tools, partners, and working methods

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a dynamic environment
• Sound practical experience in active sourcing and direct candidate outreach
• Experience with modern recruiting tools and ATS systems
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Confident stakeholder management and convincing presence
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and structured way of working
• Interest in digital trends, tools, and further development in recruiting
• Team-oriented personality with a desire to shape things
