Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiting Specialist based in Carteret, NJ. The Recruiting Specialist will oversee end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with managers to fulfill hiring needs. Responsibilities also include training newly hired employees, facilitating onboarding processes, maintaining a diverse talent pipeline, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes
- 0-2 years' experience in the HR field
- Strong skills in Interviewing and Training candidates effectively
- Excellent Communication abilities in English and Chinese (bilingual fluency required)
- Proficiency in leveraging applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Pay Rate
$21-23/hour
