Your Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of target group-specific recruiting and sourcing concepts
- Planning and execution of employer branding activities, especially at universities, trade fairs, events, and via social media and talent networks
- Independent management of the entire recruiting process – from clarifying needs to successful placement
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience and advising specialist departments on all recruiting matters
- Participation in talent acquisition projects and active shaping of trends, innovative event formats, and process improvements
Your Profile
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Communication Sciences, Psychology, or a comparable field, ideally with an HR focus
- Initial practical experience in HR, preferably in recruiting, is an advantage
- High openness to new topics and strong organizational and communication skills
- Team-oriented working style combined with creativity and a strong focus on solutions and results
