LaSalle Network is partnering with a process-driven manufacturing organization to add a Recruiting Coordinator to their plant HR team during a critical hiring push tied to upcoming production cycles.
In this role, you’ll be the engine behind recruiting execution, screening, coordinating interviews, updating the ATS, and candidate follow-up, so the HR team can keep hiring on pace.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct phone screens and qualify candidates for production and technical openings.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate pre-employment testing (including Ramsay assessments).
- Move candidates through the ATS (SuccessFactors) with clean, accurate documentation.
- Own high-touch candidate communication and follow-up to reduce drop-off.
- Coordinate background checks, offer approvals, and onboarding steps tied to the hiring lifecycle.
- Support high-volume hiring where requisitions can generate large applicant pools.
- Partner closely with onsite HR leadership and HR generalists to keep day-to-day hiring operations running smoothly.
What’s Needed
- Experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or high-volume administrative work.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workflows at once (scheduling, systems updates, candidate follow-up).
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, process-based tasks.
- Confident communication style with the ability to keep stakeholders aligned and on track.
- Prior ATS experience required (SuccessFactors is a plus).
- Ability to work primarily onsite in Winston-Salem, NC
