Department
The Human Resources department is responsible across all operations of Dolder Hotel AG. We offer the operational areas professional specialist support, so that a highly personalized service for guests can be achieved together.
Your Role
For this versatile and exciting activity, we are looking for an open and warm personality with a high degree of service and customer orientation.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of the recruitment process, including accompanying job interviews
- Support for managers in all recruitment-related matters
- Training of the line to improve interviews
- Further development of our digital recruitment tool
- Representation of the employer internally and externally
- Support of the HR team in administration
Your Profile
- Proactive, dynamic, and cheerful personality
- Strong communication skills and high social competence
- Independent and well-organized way of working
- Completed commercial apprenticeship
- Initial experience in recruitment is an advantage
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluent German and very good English skills
