Department

The Human Resources department is responsible across all operations of Dolder Hotel AG. We offer the operational areas professional specialist support, so that a highly personalized service for guests can be achieved together.

Your Role

For this versatile and exciting activity, we are looking for an open and warm personality with a high degree of service and customer orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of the recruitment process, including accompanying job interviews
• Support for managers in all recruitment-related matters
• Training of the line to improve interviews
• Further development of our digital recruitment tool
• Representation of the employer internally and externally
• Support of the HR team in administration

Your Profile

• Proactive, dynamic, and cheerful personality
• Strong communication skills and high social competence
• Independent and well-organized way of working
• Completed commercial apprenticeship
• Initial experience in recruitment is an advantage
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluent German and very good English skills
