About

Join the Medical‑Social Centers of Western Lausanne! Due to the growth of our activity, we wish to strengthen our Human Resources department and are looking for a HR Specialist at 70%.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the HR Manager and in tandem with another HR Specialist.
• Co‑manage the recruitment process from A to Z for about 80 recruitments per year (70% of the position).
• Ensure part of the follow‑up of the employee life cycle, correspondence, work contracts, time management, and support for any questions related to HR projects.

Requirements

• Federal diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment (at least 40 recruitments per year).
