Responsibilities

  • Source, interview, and select candidates for various roles, ensuring top‑quality hires for our clients and internal teams.
  • Use recruitment tools and network with potential candidates.
  • Manage talent pipelines and coordinate interview and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide insights for effective human resource planning.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Manufacturing recruiting domain – both tech and non‑tech roles (MUST).
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Engagement Model

  • Freelance / Project‑based.
  • Deliverable‑driven with milestone‑based payouts.
  • Remote work with periodic review calls.
  • Hybrid – meeting once a month if client or the team requires.

Compensation

  • Full‑time
  • Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
  • Work location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra (Pune)
