The ideal candidate will be responsible for the recruitment process, including screening and testing procedures applied within company policies, as well as for all the administration and management related to the recruitment process. Requirements

• 4 years recruitment experience with in a mining environment
• 5 years’ experience in a general HR role within a mining environment
• Computer Literacy
• Degree in Human Resources
• Professional registration with SABPP as a Human Resources Associate
• Registration as a Psychometrist with HPCSA (Advantageous)
