W2 Responsibilities: • Define and evolve the HRSD product vision in line with overarching HR goals.

• Create and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps that focus on automation, self-service, and user-friendly design.

• Develop strategies for employee experiences, AI enhancements, and detailed reporting capabilities.

• Lead the implementation of Employee Relations modules, emphasizing reporting and data integrations.

• Provide operational reporting for contact centers and leadership, focusing on sentiment and performance metrics.

• Generate trending analytics to evaluate performance and enhance user journey experiences.
