W2 Responsibilities: • Define and evolve the HRSD product vision in line with overarching HR goals.

• Create and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps that focus on automation, self-service, and user-friendly design.

• Develop strategies for employee experiences, AI enhancements, and detailed reporting capabilities.

• Lead the implementation of Employee Relations modules, emphasizing reporting and data integrations.

• Provide operational reporting for contact centers and leadership, focusing on sentiment and performance metrics.

• Generate trending analytics to evaluate performance and enhance user journey experiences.

• Utilize existing reporting modules, including Performance Analytics dashboards.

• Write scripts (such as TypeScript) and explore App Engine functionalities as necessary.

• Define reporting requirements and data models to provide key insights across HRSD and employee experience areas.

• Collaborate with HR, IT, Talent, and Legal teams to ensure alignment of features with business needs.

• Effectively communicate product insights and performance metrics to leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Oversee agile teams to ensure high-quality execution of backlog items with a focus on enhancing employee experience.

• Facilitate successful rollouts, testing, and adoption of new HRSD functionalities.

• Identify and clarify solutions in complex situations, providing clarity in ambiguous scenarios.

• Spot automation opportunities using platform AI tools to reduce manual workloads.

• Encourage the use of tools such as Now Assist, virtual agent functions, proactive prompts, and lifecycle orchestration.

• Enhance employee journeys through personalized AI interventions.

Experience Requirements: • Deep expertise in the ServiceNow HRSD platform, including relevant modules and reporting features.

• Robust experience with multiple HRSD implementations and thorough knowledge of integrations.

• Understanding of case management, lifecycle orchestration, and user portal enhancements.

• Proven ability to manage intricate digital products in a dynamic agile environment.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaborative skills.

• Familiarity with scalable HR service delivery tools and workflows.

• Experience in performance analytics, reporting frameworks, and scripting.

• Strong aptitude for defining and delivering essential reporting for HR and leadership stakeholders.
