HR Operations Specialist

Avanciers are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support day-to-day human resources activities for the Richmond manufacturing facility. This role will partner closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to support HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment coordination, onboarding, compliance, and HR administration in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist HR Business Partners with daily HR operations and employee support activities
• Coordinate recruitment activities for production and operational staff
• Support new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation processes
• Manage timekeeping and attendance-related activities while coordinating with payroll and HR shared services teams
• Help implement HR policies, procedures, and employee programs in compliance with company standards and U.S. labor regulations
• Support employee engagement initiatives, communication programs, and HR projects
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with internal policies and governance standards
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of HR Operations, HR Administration, or HR Generalist experience
• Knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and performance management
• Understanding of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance practices
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and time management abilities
