The HR Specialist will play a critical role in helping Lustrew Dynamics attract, hire, organize, support, and retain top talent while ensuring that internal people operations remain structured, compliant, and aligned with company goals.

This role is ideal for someone who can balance recruitment, employee coordination, policy implementation, HR administration, and people operations in a fast‑moving technology company.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Support end-to-end recruitment across technical, operational, administrative, and business roles.
  • Draft, post, and manage job descriptions across relevant hiring channels.
  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.
  • Support structured evaluation processes for candidates across multiple departments.
  • Help maintain a strong and organized recruitment pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, candidate communication, and hiring follow-ups.
  • Assist with offer preparation, employment documentation, and onboarding coordination.

Onboarding & Employee Integration

  • Manage onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Prepare onboarding materials, internal documentation, and employee records.
  • Coordinate with department leads to ensure new employees are properly introduced to their teams, tools, workflows, and expectations.
  • Help track probation periods, onboarding completion, and early-stage employee support.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate and organized employee records, HR documentation, and internal personnel files.

  • Ensure HR files, policies, and records are managed with confidentiality and structure.

Employee Relations & Internal Support

  • Serve as a point of coordination for employee HR‑related concerns, questions, and support needs.
