We are looking for an HR Specialist Recruiting (m/f/d) in full-time as soon as possible.

Compensation is based on the industry surcharge tariff Metall & Elektro

Your Responsibilities

• Specifically, you will be responsible for clarifying requirements for new positions with the specialist department and advertising them on appropriate platforms, with a focus on the target group.
• Subsequently, you will review incoming applications, check their suitability for the position, and clarify any questions if necessary.
• After the initial screening, you will organize interviews (in person, digital, telephone) with the specialist department and the HR Business Partner.
• Where necessary, your tasks will also include actively searching for and approaching candidates in the market, especially on business networks like LinkedIn or XING.
• To increase our visibility as an employer, you will participate in trade fairs and similar recruiting events.

Your Profile

• Relevant vocational training (e.g., Industrial Clerk, Personnel Services Clerk), specialized further training (e.g., Certified HR Specialist), or a degree with a focus on HR, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience (at least 3 years) in personnel acquisition / recruiting / active sourcing in the tasks mentioned above.
• Practical experience with applicant management systems (e.g., GuideCom HR Suite).
• Very good German language skills as well as good English skills, both written and spoken.
