Your Role

In an international environment, you will take functional lead of the HRIS, with Workday at the core of the ecosystem (interfaced with other tools). You will be the Workday referent and the voice of Salomon within the Group.

Responsibilities

  • Be the functional Workday referent: understand the tool's functionality, its possibilities, and its limitations (without development).
  • Take the lead on the HRIS (Workday and associated tools), with shared operational management.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret HR and business needs; know how to explain, influence... and say no when necessary.
  • Translate business requests into clear and relevant recommendations, and convey messages to the right stakeholders.
  • Be proactive in continuous improvement, relying on solid knowledge of HR processes.
  • Play a role of influence leader: defend Salomon's interests at the Group level.
  • Be a key support for the HR Department, particularly on ethical issues.
  • Alert, prioritize, and secure HR requests, while ensuring fluid communication.
  • Operate in a highly international context, with frequent exchanges with global stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

  • Higher education in Human Resources (Master's degree appreciated).
  • 7 years of experience in HR and/or HRIS functions, ideally in an international environment.
  • Confirmed functional mastery of Workday and HRIS / HR data expertise.
  • Consulting experience (external or internal) highly appreciated.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR processes and strong proximity to the business.
  • Ability to take the lead, influence, convey messages, and represent a scope at the Group level.
  • Very good communication, listening, teaching, and client relationship skills.
  • Leadership, political acumen, assertiveness, and ability to alert.
  • Strong empathy and ability to put yourself in the users' shoes.
  • Comfortable in an international and multicultural context; fluent English is essential.
  • Comfortable with Office tools (advanced Excel appreciated).
