Responsibilities
- Planning, implementation, monitoring, and optimization of operational HSE processes
- Advising, supporting, and coaching site management, executives, and employees in the areas of environmental, health, and occupational safety
- Analysis of work accidents, assessment of risk potentials, and development of concepts and preventive measures to avoid future accidents
- Implementation and execution of corporate guidelines (e.g., reporting, documentation, KPIs) and, based on these, development of a site-specific SHEA strategy
- Creation, updating, review, and further development of workplace and risk assessments
- Planning, execution, and evaluation of internal and external audits
- Performing general tasks of a specialist for occupational safety according to
- 6 ASiG
- Coordination and cooperation with external companies and authorities
Requirements
- Completed technical training and subsequent specialized training or further education
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience as a specialist for occupational safety, ideally in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of legal requirements in occupational and environmental protection
- Additional qualifications in the field of occupational, environmental, or health protection
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong comprehension skills and confident reporting ability
- Organizational talent and ability to prioritize
