Role Overview

As a Senior Technical Consultant – Power Platform, you will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 technologies. You will work closely with global clients, lead technical delivery, and contribute to building innovative solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse
• Architect and implement Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx (React, TypeScript)
• Develop integrations using REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API
• Build and deploy scalable solutions leveraging Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, App Services)
• Drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Take ownership of technical delivery across multiple projects in an Agile environment
• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices
• Contribute to solution architecture, estimations, and pre-sales activities where required

Experience

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of experience in Microsoft technologies with a strong focus on Power Platform
• Proven experience in consulting environments or client-facing roles

Technical Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
• Deep expertise in SharePoint Online and SPFx (React, TypeScript)
• Experience with Azure services and cloud-native solution design
• Solid understanding of Dataverse, integrations, and API-based architectures
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and Azure DevOps

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer (PL-400)
• Azure certifications (AZ-900 / AI-102 or equivalent)
