About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented HubSpot Project Manager for our client. In this client‑facing role, you’ll lead the end‑to‑end delivery of CRM and RevOps projects, primarily within HubSpot, across marketing, sales, and customer success functions. Acting as the main point of contact, you’ll manage stakeholder communication, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
You’ll also play a consultative role, supporting clients with CRM strategy, process optimization, and automation best practices, while continuously improving internal workflows and client outcomes. This is a remote position requiring flexibility to collaborate across time zones, particularly North America.
What We’re Looking For
- Language Proficiency: Native or professional‑level English proficiency, with clear and concise communication.
- Project Management Experience: 3+ years in project management, account management, or customer success, ideally within CRM, RevOps, or business operations environments.
- CRM Expertise: Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or similar platforms, including implementations, integrations, and process optimization.
- Client‑Facing Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Multi‑Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Analytical Mindset: Experience tracking KPIs, reporting on performance, and providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.
Nice to have’s
- Certifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification, and HubSpot certifications are highly advantageous.
- Industry Knowledge: Background in B2B marketing, sales, or customer success operations.
- Operational Experience: Experience managing project budgets, optimizing resources, and improving internal processes.
- Marketing & Sales Knowledge: Familiarity with inbound/outbound strategies and best practices.
