We are hiring for an HR Analyst II / HR Services Advisor opportunity with a leading organization in Walkersville, MD.

Location: Walkersville, MD 21793

Duration: 12 Months

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote after training)

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, Business Hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for HR service-related inquiries from employees, managers, recruiters, and HR teams
  • Support HR operations, employee inquiries, and case/ticket resolution
  • Provide excellent customer service and timely issue resolution
  • Partner with HR teams and managers on HR processes and support activities
  • Maintain knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and business operations
  • Assist with HR process improvements and site-specific HR initiatives
  • Monitor HR service quality and support metrics

Required Skills

  • Experience in HR operations, HR support, or HR shared services
  • HRIS experience preferred (Workday is a plus)
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Experience handling employee relations or HR ticket management preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
