Human Resources Business Analyst
Location
Hybrid – 44 King Street W 12th Floor, Toronto – 3 days/week (Tuesdays, rest is flexible)
Subject to change: 3–4 days onsite may be required based on business needs
Contract Duration
6 months
Schedule Hours
9am‑5pm Monday‑Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week
Typical Day in Role
- Support and/or manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of the global CRM implementation.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams, HR, regional partners, and vendors to ensure requirements are translated accurately, testing is coordinated, issues are resolved, and the tool is configured to meet global and local business needs.
- Have significant exposure to global recruitment operations, process standardization, vendor management, and technology integration (including SuccessFactors).
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Business Stakeholders to understand and articulate business needs.
- Support or manage full project lifecycle activities for recruitment strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with recruitment operations and optimization teams to implement and evaluate recruitment programs.
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on recruitment practices and processes.
- Translate business requirements into vendor‑ready functional specifications; facilitate workshops with cross‑functional global teams.
- Align project activities and deliverables with organizational strategic priorities.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues across the program lifecycle.
- Ensure consistent application of project management methodologies and documentation.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancement opportunities.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring effective deployment, product enhancements, and timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with partner teams and country representatives to gather requirements (e.g., talent pools, workflows, documentation).
- Support testing planning and execution, including triaging issues and escalating matters to vendors as needed.
- Maintain strong, clear communication across global stakeholders and team members.

Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in project management or business analysis, using project management methodologies
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or recruitment COE functions, with a strong understanding of end‑to‑end recruitment processes, programs, and strategies
Nice‑To‑Have Skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday).
- CRM tool experience (Bemery preferred).
- Experience supporting or implementing recruitment technology enhancements or system rollouts
- Bilingual in Spanish
