Position Overview
The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting talent to onboarding new employees. This role requires a strategic approach to identify and engage with high-quality candidates, particularly for C-suite positions, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and aligning with company culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions, with a focus on C-suite roles.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and the recruitment process in the HR system.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating effectively and keeping candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, including executive search.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance related to hiring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
