We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources & Sales Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, with a strong focus on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top sales talent while also supporting broader human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have experience building candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and creating a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding. Strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
In addition to recruitment responsibilities, this position will support day-to-day HR operations, including payroll updates, benefits administration, 401(k) management, onboarding and new hire documentation, and employee relations. The Human Resources & Sales Recruiter will work closely with leadership and employees to ensure HR processes are handled accurately, professionally, and in compliance with company policies. Candidates should have prior HR experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate job board
- Payroll changes/ updates
- 401k & benefits administration (open enrollments)
- Handle employee relations, issues, and performance plans
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Familiarity with HR databases
- Experience hiring for sales roles, along with administrative roles
