Key Responsibilities
- Assist in HR and Talent Acquisition initiatives

- Administer HRIS and manage compliance documents
- Generate staffing reports and metrics
- Coordinate recruiting activities and interviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Minimum of 2 years in HR, staffing experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience in the construction sector preferred
