About the Role
Were looking for a dynamic and people-focused Humans & Talent Partner to join our HR team. In this role, youll act as both a strategic and operational partner to the business, supporting leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
Youll play a key role in shaping culture, driving engagement, supporting performance, and ensuring HR programs and processes run effectively and compliantly.
What Youll Do
HR Business Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across assigned teams
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support on employee relations, performance, and development
- Support organizational effectiveness, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Lead or support employee investigations and conflict resolution
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Partner with leaders to identify hiring needs and support recruitment efforts
- Coordinate recruitment processes and external agencies
- Manage onboarding to ensure a seamless and engaging new hire experience
- Support work visa processes in coordination with external consultants
Learning, Development & Performance
- Facilitate onboarding and training programs
- Support performance review cycles and probationary evaluations
- Partner with leaders on development plans and succession planning
- Provide guidance on performance management and employee development
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and optimize HR systems (e.g., HRIS)
- Manage employee records, documentation, and employment changes
- Track HR metrics such as retention, turnover, and engagement
- Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with providers
Health & Safety
- Support health and safety programs and compliance with applicable legislation
- Ensure proper reporting and tracking of workplace incidents
Culture & Engagement
- Champion company culture and values across the organization
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communications
- Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Help drive programs such as surveys, town halls, and recognition initiatives
- Provide support on Project Initiatives
- Other duties, as assigned
What You Bring
- 35 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
- CHRP designation (or working towards it) is an asset
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (tech experience is a plus)
- Hands‑on experience with HRIS systems and HR processes
