Key Responsibilities

• Implement PPMs and reactive maintenance tasks
• Service and maintain mechanical equipment including HVAC machinery
• Carry out minor installations and alterations when required
• Manage spare parts orders effectively
• Identify faults and recommend replacements to supervisors

Requirements

• SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in HVAC or equivalent qualification
• ACS Commercial Gas qualifications mandatory
• Extensive experience in commercial gas maintenance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Capability to travel to various work sites
