Job Description

We are looking for dedicated HVAC Applied Sales Managers / Sales Engineers (m/f/d) nationwide to drive the sales of YORK HVAC systems (e.g., chillers, heat pumps, air handling units) in the Commercial and Mid-Market sectors.

You will work closely with distributors, installers, and contractors to sustainably promote the growth of the YORK brand.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation of the YORK sales strategy to achieve sales targets
  • Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships as well as acquisition of new partners
  • Technical advice and support for customers and sales partners
  • Support with pricing, sales training, and marketing activities
  • Market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Creation of sales forecasts and regular reports

Qualifications

  • Sales personality with proven success in selling HVAC systems
  • 3–5 years of experience in specifying, planning, or selling HVAC solutions (e.g., chillers, heat pumps, air handling units)
  • Ability to support and train sales partners
  • Results-oriented with experience in dealing with KPIs
  • Proficient in MS Office; Salesforce knowledge is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel nationwide
  • Good English skills are an advantage
