HVAC Technical Support Advisor

Are you looking for a great new opportunity in the HVAC industry? Our client is looking for a Technical Support Advisor to join their dynamic team in the Moncton area!

This position is customer-focused and would include technical support of products, job site visits, and start-up and commissioning support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line technical support for installation and troubleshooting support via phone, email, live video, or occasional onsite visits.
• Provide technical guidance to sales staff.
• Audit and update technical documentation and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of troubleshooting guides and resources.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in HVAC, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, including hands-on troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills in order to best assist clients.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Understanding of wiring schematics.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
