This 14-month term role reports to the Manager of Safety Data Intelligence. Candidates should possess a solid background in quantitative and qualitative research, safety management, and strong analytical skills. You will be key in producing actionable insights, monitoring industry trends, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support NAV CANADA's safety initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret aviation safety data from diverse sources
- Compile comprehensive reports on industry trends and risks
- Develop recommendations for safety management improvements
- Participate in data collection and validation processes
- Communicate analytical findings to senior leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years in research and analytics
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and modeling techniques
- Experience with operational modeling and data interpretation
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex analyses
