Drive cloud success as a Hybrid Cloud Engineer providing L2/L3 support on AWS platforms. Ensure robust operations while engaging in a collaborative hybrid environment.
This role focuses on supporting Cloud Platform Services (CPS) within AWS, delivering L2/L3 support across enterprise levels. You'll troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and support various platform components to maintain service levels. Additionally, you'll assist application teams in onboarding and provide assistance with CI/CD pipelines in a 24x7 operational environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive L2/L3 AWS support
- Analyze and resolve platform incidents efficiently
- Support IaC platforms like Cloud Formation
- Assist with access issues and onboarding processes
- Engage in proactive incident and change management
