CNL is seeking a Program Manager to oversee complex projects across the Federal Nuclear Science & Technology Work Plan and commercial work. This role focuses on engagement with external organizations and effective resource planning within the Directorate. You will negotiate project scopes, manage budgets, and ensure timely deliverables that meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Directorate support for federal and commercial projects
• Collaborate on proposals addressing sponsor needs
• Define resource planning and performance requirements
• Coordinate risk management and mitigation strategies
• Fulfil sponsor reporting obligations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering
• 12 years of related project management experience
• PMP certification required; PgMP preferred
• Knowledge of nuclear tools and Canadian Government programs
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills
