Provide top-notch technical support as a Level 1 Technology Analyst. Engage with customers on the DCM FLEX e-Commerce platform while ensuring high-quality account maintenance and user training, mainly in a hybrid setting.
In this full-time role based in Brampton, you'll interact with clients through phone and email, offering expert troubleshooting and technical assistance. This position requires strong customer service and problem-solving skills to effectively address inquiries in a timely manner. You'll also maintain online user profiles and manage client catalogues.
