You'll be at the forefront of Pillway's digital pharmacy revolution, owning the entire user funnel and working closely with data teams to implement impactful, evidence-based strategies. Analyze user behavior, optimize funnel performance, and enhance overall customer satisfaction, all while developing advanced retention strategies through multi-channel approaches.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience in growth roles for app platforms
- Strong analytics skills using CleverTap or similar tools
- A background in increasing lifetime value (LTV)
- Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related areas
