Required:

• Experience as Finance Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and record manual journal entries to ensure accuracy of financials for National Foodservice.
• Prepare balance sheet commentary with analytics on a periodic basis, and present performance to Director and Sr. Manager of team.
• Perform account reconciliations for customer trade liability accounts (i.e., Restaurants, Hotels and Recreation, Convenience & Gas etc.), national account customer service and parts (ESM).
• Support audit requests and inquiries to ensure completion on a timely basis.
• Preparation of HFM reporting schedules (Q9).
• Provide financial oversight of EPM Trade payment system.
• Liaison for Global Business Services comp defense operations.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects to improve productivity and efficiencies across the team, as well as support new initiatives.
