Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Design Engineer

A company is looking for an Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Design Engineer to support advanced nuclear reactor technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Support system design, prototype development, testing, and commissioning activities for advanced nuclear technologies
• Develop and review engineering documentation and specifications, including System Requirements Documents and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams
• Provide technical oversight to I&C suppliers and coordinate project deliverables with cross-disciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 10+ years of instrumentation and controls engineering experience
• Experience designing and delivering industrial I&C systems and platforms
• Experience applying nuclear codes, standards, and regulatory criteria to engineering design
• Demonstrated experience developing instrumentation diagnostics and data acquisition systems
