IAM Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing secure, scalable, and identity-centric solutions for enterprise applications, ensuring compliance with modern security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop end-to-end IAM frameworks for enterprise and public-facing applications, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Design and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using Entra ID.
• Develop and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies and implement Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Lead hands-on integration of IAM solutions across enterprise systems, including identity federation and access lifecycle management.
• Implement and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and adaptive authentication policies.
• Build and maintain secure identity solutions for both enterprise and consumer access scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IAM integration and security best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on cybersecurity and IAM.
• At least 5+ years in a Senior Developer or Architect role specializing in IAM.
• Proven experience designing and developing enterprise-level IAM solutions for large-scale applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as:
  • Microsoft Entra ID
  • Other tools like SailPoint, ForgeRock (preferred)

• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
• CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
• AWS Certified Security – Specialty
• Platform-specific certifications (Entra ID, SailPoint, ForgeRock)
