Sr. IAM Engineer

Job Description

Senior IAM Engineer needed to support access provisioning, IAM administration, and automation efforts across cloud and SaaS environments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Process access requests through ServiceNow and Jira ticket queues
• Provision and manage user access in Azure / Entra ID
• Manage Okta app assignments, groups, MFA resets, and access troubleshooting
• Support Azure Virtual Desktop access, host pools, app groups, and VM assignments
• Troubleshoot virtual desktop and application access issues
• Audit current group memberships and support migration to simplified group structures
• Document provisioning steps, group purposes, and known issues in Confluence

Requirements

Must-Haves:

• Senior-level IAM and access control experience
• Strong Azure / Entra ID experience, including groups, RBAC, and conditional access basics
• Okta administration experience
• Experience managing virtual desktops, ideally Azure Virtual Desktop
• Ticketing workflow experience, preferably ServiceNow
• Ability to troubleshoot access issues across enterprise applications

Nice-to-Haves:

• Jira experience
• Experience with GitHub, New Relic, Loggly, Postman, Jira, Confluence, or other SaaS tools
• Experience supporting IAM process automation
