IAM Engineer (m / f / d)

Your Tasks

• Design, implement, and maintain identity and access management (IAM) solutions across the organization
• Conduct regular access reviews, privilege audits, and identity governance activities
• Troubleshoot identity-related issues and support incident investigations involving access or authentication
• Contribute to the development of IAM standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Automate identity workflows and improve processes to enhance efficiency and consistency

Your Profile

• At least three years of hands-on experience in IAM engineering, identity administration, or access governance, including work with IAM platforms
• Practical experience with PAM concepts and tools, covering privileged account and session management
• Solid understanding of access management models such as least privilege, RBAC, conditional access, and zero trust principles
• Scripting or automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
• Team-oriented personality with a positive attitude and hands-on approach; excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus

Minimum Salary

Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 47,810.14.
