IAM Platform Developer – Bussnang, Altenrhein oder Wallisellen

Your Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate the enterprise IAM platform based on One Identity Manager in hybrid IT environments (on-prem & cloud)
• Implement and further develop identity lifecycle processes such as Joiner/Mover/Leaver, provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, and access reviews
• Develop and automate IAM processes using PowerShell, SQL, and One Identity Manager Scripting & Customizing
• Integrate target systems such as Active Directory, Entra ID, HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), cloud platforms, and business applications
• Ensure stability, performance, security, and compliance of the IAM platform, including monitoring, patch, and release management
• Support audits and create/maintain technical documentation, operating processes, and architecture documents

Your Professional Experience

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable qualification
• Several years of practical experience with IAM solutions in an enterprise environment, ideally One Identity Manager
• Very good understanding of IAM concepts such as RBAC, ABAC, SSO, MFA, Identity Lifecycle Management, and Access Governance
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Entra ID / Azure AD, and hybrid IT and cloud environments
• Good knowledge of PowerShell, SQL, and ideally OneIM Scripting and Customizing
• Structured, analytical, and service-oriented way of working, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills in international environments
