Detailed Job Description

• Oversee implementation and governance of IAM lifecycle processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver).
• Act as the primary liaison between technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership
• Deliver clear executive-level status reporting, including dashboards that highlight project health, KPIs, risks, and achievements.
• Drive smooth handover from project delivery to steady-state operations.
• Implement best practices, documentation standards, and repeatable processes that elevate IAM program maturity.
