YOU...

• advise specialist departments – especially from Sales, Accounting and Controlling – and coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into sustainable IT and Analytics solutions.
• design, develop and extend IBM Planning Analytics (PA) applications and implement modern Analytics solutions.
• support platform operation as well as maintenance and optimization topics to ensure a stable and performant Analytics environment.
• document developed solutions and ensure a transparent and traceable knowledge base.
• provide user support in day-to-day business and assist users with business and technical questions.
• work agilely in interdisciplinary and international teams and actively contribute to project work.

Qualifications

YOU...

• have completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification.
• have several years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or IT Consulting.
• have practical experience with IBM Planning Analytics (PA) or comparable tools (e.g., TM1, Cognos) and possess a good understanding of Sales, Accounting, and Controlling processes and their mapping in Analytics systems.
• have experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• are familiar with platform operation, maintenance, and CI/CD-related processes (with Azure DevOps) and have practical knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell for automation and administration.
• work agilely (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and have experience in international teams.
• are strong in communication, service-oriented, and fluent in German and English.
