Job Summary

Seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Lead Technical Consultant with expertise in the Utilities industry to lead and deliver end-to-end Maximo Application Suite solutions on OpenShift platforms.

Job Description

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on IBM Maximo experience.
• Strong background in the Utilities sector Electric Gas Water or Energy.
• Proven expertise as a technical consultant and functional lead developer.
• Extensive experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite MAS including Application Resource Optimizer ARO.
• Skilled in Red Hat OpenShift platform administration and deployment.
• Experience leading complete Maximo implementations upgrades or transformations.
• Deep knowledge of Maximo configuration customization integrations and workflow development.
• Proficient with Maximo Integration Framework MIF Automation Scripts Java Jython scripting REST SOAP integrations.
• Solid database knowledge including Oracle SQL Server and DB2.
• Ability to translate business and operational requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Preferred experience managing offshore and onshore development teams.
• Familiarity with cloud-native deployments containerized environments DevOps and CICD pipelines for MAS OpenShift.
• Strong communication stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities.
• IBM Maximo certifications is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead design development and deployment of IBM Maximo Application Suite solutions
• Provide technical consulting and leadership across utility asset management processes
• Architect configure and support MAS environments on OpenShift
• Optimize and manage Application Resource Optimizer ARO within MAS
• Develop custom integrations configurations and automation aligned with business needs
• Oversee system upgrades deployments performance tuning and troubleshooting activities
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure operations and business teams to ensure solution alignment
• Mentor junior developers and enforce technical governance and best practices
• Drive adoption of DevOps practices and CICD pipelines within MAS OpenShift environments
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project success
