Für den Bereich Zentrale Dienste suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n
ICT Application Manager / Digital Project Lead (60-80%)
Your Responsibilities
Application Management & Operations
- Responsibility for the operation, support, and lifecycle management of our core applications
- Coordination of updates, release changes, and maintenance windows with our external partners
- First point of contact for key users for complex issues
Business Analysis & Project Management
- Recording and analysis of needs from the business units
- Leading IT projects for the expansion of the application landscape
- Evaluation of external solutions and service providers. You will conduct contract negotiations and manage external partners
Innovation & AI Competence
- Monitoring of technology trends (AI / LLMs) and examination of their practical benefit for our NGO
- Piloting of AI tools and digital projects (e.g., in the area of anti-doping)
Our Requirements
- Education in Business Informatics and experience at the interface between business and IT (e.g., as a Business Analyst, Application Manager, or IT Project Manager)
- You understand the functionality and limitations of current AI models as well as architecture, data flows, and security requirements to validate external solutions
- Methodological competence in project management and requirements engineering
- Native French or German speaker with good knowledge of the other language (Level C1), very good English skills (C1)
- Team player with high quality standards, free from conflicts of interest
