What to Expect

• Support and maintenance of our clients' IT infrastructure
• Technical support via remote maintenance, on-site, or directly at the client's premises (focus on private clients)
• Consulting, quotation preparation, and sales of services, hardware, and software
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software solutions
• Documentation of systems, processes, and changes
• Participation in internal improvements and innovative projects
• And yes, in everyday life, it also includes organizing the warehouse or refilling the coffee machine – we are a team that works together!

What You Bring

• Completed training as an ICT specialist EFZ or platform developer EFZ
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365)
• Experience with Apple and Android systems is an advantage
• Experience in configuring small networks and WLANs, as well as with backup solutions
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment of customer contact and an open, communicative demeanor
• You appreciate a small, supportive team where people help each other
• Driver's license category B is an advantage
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; you understand Swiss German effortlessly, English is a plus
