Responsibility

  • Strategic support and further development of key accounts at management and technical levels
  • Building and maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline, including forecast management
  • Analysis of market potentials and identification of new business opportunities in the ICT and technology environment
  • Management of complex offer and bid processes, including evaluation of public tenders
  • Creation of quotes, contract models, and commercial solution concepts
  • Accompanying demanding contract negotiations to successful conclusion
  • Close collaboration with presales, product management, platform specialists, and marketing
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade fairs
  • Active participation in shaping modern sales processes and optimizing sales structures

Qualifications

  • Degree in business administration or technical training with further business education
  • Several years of experience in key account management in the ICT, telecommunications, or technology sector
  • Sound understanding of complex IT or communication solutions
  • Experience with public tenders and structured offer processes
  • Negotiation skills, closing strength, and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor at management level
  • Very good German and English skills
