Responsibility
- Strategic support and further development of key accounts at management and technical levels
- Building and maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline, including forecast management
- Analysis of market potentials and identification of new business opportunities in the ICT and technology environment
- Management of complex offer and bid processes, including evaluation of public tenders
- Creation of quotes, contract models, and commercial solution concepts
- Accompanying demanding contract negotiations to successful conclusion
- Close collaboration with presales, product management, platform specialists, and marketing
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade fairs
- Active participation in shaping modern sales processes and optimizing sales structures
Qualifications
- Degree in business administration or technical training with further business education
- Several years of experience in key account management in the ICT, telecommunications, or technology sector
- Sound understanding of complex IT or communication solutions
- Experience with public tenders and structured offer processes
- Negotiation skills, closing strength, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor at management level
- Very good German and English skills
