ICT Project Manager

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and driven ICT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives across the organisation on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting to the ICT Manager, this role is responsible for end‑to‑end project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to agreed quality standards.

You will work closely with senior leaders, business stakeholders, external vendors and cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions are effectively implemented and adopted. This role will require travel to various operational locations to support project delivery, stakeholder engagement and system rollout activities.

The Role:

As ICT Project Manager, you will lead technology projects from initiation through to delivery and post‑implementation review, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder engagement and successful outcomes.

In this role you will:

• Lead and manage complex ICT and enterprise system projects end‑to‑end
• Deliver Microsoft Business Central implementation and/or optimisation projects
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets and resource allocations
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting and project documentation
• Provide regular status updates and insights to senior leadership and project steering committees
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies proactively
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Operations, Finance, HR, Logistics and HSEQ
• Manage external vendors, software partners and consultants
• Support change management, training and system adoption activities
• Travel to operational sites as required to support delivery and stakeholder engagement
• Lead, mentor and support project team members while promoting continuous improvement

You:

To be considered for this opportunity you will require:

• Proven experience delivering major ICT / ERP or enterprise system projects
• Demonstrated experience implementing Microsoft Business Central (highly desirable)
• Strong project management capability within complex organisational environments
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or similar)
• Tertiary qualification in Business or IT (desirable)
