For a solid international chain operating in the GDO sector, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for an ICT Security Specialist.

Core Responsibilities

The resource will be responsible for managing ICT Security, particularly involved in managing topics such as IT Security and IT Governance. They will also collaborate with resources from other Departments and the Parent Company on topics such as NIS2, ISMS, SOC, and Security Awareness. They will be part of the ICT Infrastructure and Security team.

Specifically, the resource will be tasked with:

• Following activities related to the European NIS2 Directive, such as adapting to essential obligations within legal deadlines and being the first CSIRT contact;
• Managing the ISMS and drafting and adapting IT Security policies (e.g., Information Security Policy, Incident Management, etc.);
• Managing security issues and possible incidents, as the first point of contact for the SOC;
• Periodically aligning with the SOC service provider, ensuring the correct performance of assigned activities;
• Managing the entire Security infrastructure, ensuring operational continuity in all situations;
• Optimizing/implementing, where possible, new security measures to minimize the risk of cyber attacks;
• Collecting data in compliance with current regulations to prevent potential attacks or security breaches;
• Training and keeping colleagues updated on the evolution of cyber threats to prevent attacks;
• Maintaining direct contact with the Parent Company, Security technology manufacturers, and System Integrators;
• Managing tenders (drafting technical specifications, managing the tender process, and project development).

Must Have

• High School Diploma or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering;
• At least three years of previous experience in equivalent positions;
• Good knowledge of English, written and spoken;
• Expertise in IT Security solutions;
• Distinction will also be given for expertise in IT Network (possession of Cisco certifications is a distinguishing factor).
