Role Description

The ICT Service Manager: Telecoms will oversee the delivery and management of IT services, including telecommunications and service desk operations. This role involves ensuring efficient service delivery, managing projects, and maintaining high service standards to meet organizational objectives. This is a contract position, based on-site in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Information Technology and IT Service Management
  • Proven skills in Service Desk operations and effective Service Delivery management
  • Experience and proficiency in Project Management
  • Ability to analyze systems and workflows to enhance service efficiency
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • ITIL certification or equivalent is preferred
  • Experience with telecoms service management is a plus
